Jeremy Perro came to our rescue the day after Thanksgiving....a broken sewer line and then repaired a leaking valve on our irrigation pipe. Jeremy was very helpful and thorough in his work. He cleaned and flushed our tankless water heater and worked to help us identify if we had a possible slow leak or not in our guest bathroom. He helped us come up with a plan for trouble shooting and diagnosis. He also replaced the cartridge in our bathtub faucet. He was very efficient and took the time to answer our questions.

I had Chipper come out to install a pressure reducing valve to correct my home's 140+ PSI, a tempering valve, and to fix some broken fixtures from a previous owner. Mike and Keeland were on time, professional, and friendly throughout the work, and left me with all of the fixes I needed and the confidence that Chipper would have my back the next time I needed plumbing work done. We’ve had Allred’s out to our house to provide services twice recently and each time the service was excellent! In both cases, the guys arrived on time, were very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up beautifully. Mike and Reed set up the water supply and drainage in a new laundry room and replaced our main water shutoff valve. Mike took the time to make sure I understood how and when to use the new valve. About a month later, one of our 2 ancient water heaters started leaking. I called the emergency line at Allred’s; David called back and patiently walked me through how to turn off and drain the problem water heater until they could get out. Josh and Mark subsequently came out to install 2 tankless water heaters – which are beautiful! Josh provided a very thorough education on the new systems and helped me install the tracking app on my phone. The office staff (Jordan, Alina and Tameka) were equally impressive – very friendly, responsive and professional. We’re very happy with the service provided! 10/21/2023 We have had a contract with Chipper for about 18 months now and we remain very satisfied with their service. We've had a couple of emergency calls to them for problems with old pipes/sinks and they've been very responsive. Jeremy (one of the Chipper plumbers) came out yesterday to perform maintenance on the tankless systems Chipper installed about a year ago; he was polite, cleaned up after the work, and seemed to know the systems very well. The quality of the work is very important to us, so.....we'll keep Chipper around for the time being.
